TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is owned and operated by Angel Advantage Center, Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors to browse and register for our prep classes. By using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms.

1. All deposits and tuition paid are non-refundable. All payments are due two weeks prior to the session starting. It is the responsibility of the parents to pay on time and count change after registration.

2. Class schedules are subject to change. Class format and delivery method are subject to change.

3. Student absences due to vacation, sickness, personal reasons, or any other reasons outside the control of the center cannot be refunded or made up.

4. No refund will be issued for voluntary withdrawal or student expulsion from the program.

5. In the event of bad weather or other emergencies which necessitates the closing for the center by the school district or the safety of our staff and students, the center will contact and inform all parents by call. 

6. The center assumes no responsibility or liability of any sort for lost or stolen items.

7. The center is not responsible for any incidents that occur outside of the center.

8. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will incur an additional $25.00 charge.

9. If we cannot reach the parents, guardian, or the emergency contact person half-an-hour after dismissal time, we will contact the authorities as required. 

10. The center will not take any responsibility for medications or treatments if a child is sick. If your child is sick, the child will not be allowed to attend the center until he or she is fully recovered. 

11. I will not defame, libel, or slander the center’s reputation on any online social media platform or third-party platform in any way.

12. I allow for my child to be given professional medical treatments in case the parents or the emergency contact person cannot be reached.

13. The center reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, if the center deems it to be in the best interest of the center to do so.

6. 大鸿对丢失或被盗的物品不承担任何责任。

7. 大鸿补习班不对中心外发生的任何事件负责。

8. 任何因资金不足而退回的支票将收取$25.00的额外费用。

9. 如果在放学时间超过半个小时后还未联系上家长，监护人，或者紧急联系人，我们将按要求联系当局。

10. 如果学生生病了，大鸿补习班不会承担任何药物或治疗的责任。他(她)不会被允许进入本学校。您的孩子应该接受专业的治疗并留在家里完全康复后再回来上课。

11. 我不会以任何方式在任何网络社交媒体平台或者第三方平台上诽谤大鸿补习班的声誉。

12. 如果无法联系到家长或者紧急联系人，我允许我的孩子接受专业的紧急医疗护理。

13. 如果大鸿补习班认为这样做符合本中心的最佳利益，此中心保留随时终止本合同的权利。
